WHAT SIZE ROASTERY IS SOVDA EQUIPMENT MADE FOR?

Pensando en los tostadores de cafés especiales, nuestros equipos están hechos para integrarse con tostadoras de 15 a 90 kg de capacidad.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SOVDA EQUIPMENT ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER?

Lead times vary depending on product, time of year, and custom options. Please contact your Technical Brand Ambassador for accurate lead times.

Our average lead times are below:

• Lifts, Sorting Line (Precision Fill+Lift) & Packing Line (Pearl+Lift): 145 days from payment to delivery

• Precision Fill Mini: 55 days from payment to delivery

¿CÓMO PUEDO PERSONALIZAR MI MÁQUINA?

Tiene la opción de especificar cualquier color de acabado para la Pearl Mini. Simplemente indíquenos el número RAL en el formulario de pedido para elegir un color personalizado por un suplemento de 1.000 USD por máquina. Esto podría añadir hasta cuatro semanas de tiempo de producción.

¿MI PEDIDO TIENE GARANTÍA?

SOVDA equipment comes with a standard one-year parts warranty, labor not included. We want you to be happy with your product. If your machine fails during normal usage and we are not able to get it working again via our customer support team, they will put you in touch with our service team. Our service team will work with you to get you the parts you need for your machine at no cost to you. Warranty doesn’t include normal wear items (including filters) or improper use.

WILL THE ELECTRIC BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE SERVICE IN MY COUNTRY?

Yes, all SOVDA equipment will come compatible with the electric you select.
